The Consultation
COLOR CONSULTATION is the first step if you are a new client who is looking for a customized hair color plan. The 15-20 minute color consultation is $50 and will be applied to final bill. Prices are quoted individually based on time, technique and product usage.
If you are looking to come in just for a hair cut, a CONSULTATION IS NOT NECESSARY. You can book your hair cut service and a color consultation on the same day of your visit, if you choose. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
Depending on services required to achieve the look you are going for, we will be spending sometimes 3 to 5 hours working very hard on your hair. Come in comfortable clothes, relax and enjoy the moment! We have a great complimentary menu of beverages. Oh…and of course we will have some snacks too!
How to Book
Look for an available spot on schedule that works best for you. Click on services you are interested in and request it. Keep in mind that color services are not bookable on line but hair cuts are. If you don’t see an open spot, go ahead and add your name to “WAITING LIST” and I will contact you as soon as a spot opens up. A valid credit card number is required for ALL bookings.
Cancellation
It’s not so fun when you don’t show up. That’s a problem. Our policy is: DMHC reserves the right to charge 50% of services canceled less than 48 hrs before the reservation and 100% for NO SHOWS. We will not book you until you have paid up for the appointment you’ve missed. Texting or emailing will not inform us right away of your cancellation. Directly call or leave a voice message at 978-944-3523 PRIOR to 48 hours of your appointment.
Gift Cards
All denominations for any services are available at our location.
Payments
We accept cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Debit Cards. Personal checks are also accepted. In case of returned check a fee of $35 will be added to the total amount.
Refunds
Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates or retail products. All sales are final.
Salon Facility
The salon provides an intimate setting for small groups and services of your choice.
